SB10mad guarantees the safety and confidentiality of the personal data facilitated by its clients, and thus, in conformity with the Organic Law 15/1999 on Protection of Data of Personal Character (LOPD) and the policies that develop it, the client/user is hereby informed and gives his/her consent to the incorporation of his/her data to the automated files of SB10mad, and to their automated treatment (including those to which this organization may have access as a consequence of the client/user's SB10mad webpage browsing), exclusively for the aims of commercial mails, products and services marketing, and the maintenance of his/her contractual relation with SB10mad, to make our commercial offers meet his/her particular characteristics.
SB10mad Privacy Policy ascertains in any case the exercise of the client/user's rights of access, amendment, cancellation, and values and opposition information in the terms estabished by the said Organic Law 15/1999.
